Trishuli River Rafting Day Tour provides convenient access from Kathmandu, Chitwan, and
Pokhara, catering to individuals of all ages, from children to the elderly.
The Trishuli River is easily reachable from Kathmandu, Pokhara, and the Royal Chitwan
National Park, making it an ideal destination for rafting trips of various durations, tailored
to suit available time and interests. With its scenic valleys, impressive gorges, thrilling
rapids, and gentler sections, along with the perfect balance of time, this river offers an
ideal experience for both novice and seasoned rafters.
During high water conditions, the Trishuli River offers an exhilarating adventure with its
powerful rapids and swift currents. Notable rapids such as Snail’s Nose, Teendevi,
Malekhu, Monkey, Upset, Surprise, Monsoon, Cotton Pony, Ladies Delight, S-Bend,
Highway, Monsoon, and Pinball add to the excitement, providing a mix of continuous thrills
and serene waters.
Embark on a day filled with thrilling white-water rafting amidst the lush and picturesque
landscape of the Trishuli River. There’s nothing quite like the exhilaration of navigating
through the water’s waves against the backdrop of Nepal’s tranquil countryside.
The Trishuli River Rafting day trip commences at Charaudi after a scenic three-hour drive
from Kathmandu. Upon arrival, we proceed to the riverbank where the rafting adventure
awaits. Equipped with necessary gear such as helmets and life jackets, along with safety
instructions, we embark on our journey. After a briefing on rafting techniques and safety
protocols, we dive into the exhilarating rapids, honing our skills along the way. After a
fulfilling day of rafting, we conclude our journey and return to Kathmandu.

  • 07:00 AM: Pickup from our Kathmandu hotel and drive to the rafting starting point
    (Charaudi), approximately a 3-hour drive.
  • 10:00 AM: Upon arrival at Charaudi, the crew prepares the rafts and provides a
    safety talk and paddle instructions. The rafting trip begins, encountering Class I to
    Class III rapids along the way (rated on the international scale). Enjoy approximately
    3 hours of rafting before lunch.
  • Lunch: An outdoor lunch by the river offers a scenic break from paddling, allowing
    time to soak in the surroundings.
  • 02:00 – 03:00 PM: Return drive to Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.
