Booking Terms and Conditions
These Booking Terms and Conditions are of the utmost importance and require thorough
understanding. They establish a legally binding agreement between RM Holiday (P) Ltd and
yourself, serving as the framework for your interaction with RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
By initiating a booking and submitting the non-refundable 30% deposit for the designated
trek/tour/expedition, you confirm that you have perused, comprehended, and consented
to adhere to these Booking Terms and Conditions. The confirmation of your booking will be
communicated in writing, thus formalizing the contract as of the date indicated in your
confirmation email.

you to promptly seek clarification from our staff.
PRICING AND DURATION VALIDITY
RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd. endeavors to maintain pricing stability and will typically adjust prices
only in response to significant fluctuations in exchange rates, fuel expenses, and other
operational costs underlying the pricing structure. Your trip cost does not include airfares
(unless explicitly specified), passport and visa fees (unless explicitly specified), travel
insurance, excess baggage fees, airport taxes, tips for leaders and guides, additional meals,
laundry, beverages, medical expenses, optional activities, and any personal expenses.
CANCELLATION BY YOU
In the event of your desire to cancel part or all of your trip booking, you must notify RM
Holiday Pvt. Ltd. in writing. The date of cancellation is considered to be the date on which
written notification is received by RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd.
Cancellation charges are subject to variation based on the timing of the cancellation, as
outlined below:
- One month before the trip start date: 50% cancellation fee of the total deposit
amount. - 5 days or fewer from the trip start date: 100% of the deposit amount. Cancellation
fees for air tickets issued by or on behalf of RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd. are determined by
Airline Tariff Regulations and may vary depending on the type of ticket issued.
Subject to the reason for cancellation, these charges may be reclaimable under any
applicable insurance policy.
Failure to settle the balance of your total booking cost at least 14 days prior to departure
will result in the termination of your booking, leading to forfeiture of your deposit. No
refunds will be provided should you depart from the trip for any reason after its
commencement. Likewise, no refunds will be issued for unused accommodation,
transportation, sightseeing, meals, or services.
You are responsible for all expenses related to accommodation and meals during
unforeseen circumstances such as flight cancellations due to adverse weather conditions or
the unavailability of transportation services due to strikes or natural disasters.
COMPLAINTS
Should you have any grievances regarding your trip, it is imperative that you promptly
inform the tour group leader, who will take appropriate action. If you believe your
complaint has not been adequately addressed, you must notify the office in writing within
30 days prior to the conclusion of your trip.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
All travelers with RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd. are required to possess adequate and valid travel
insurance. Your insurance coverage must include accidents, injuries, illnesses, medical
expenses (including pre-existing conditions), emergency repatriation (including helicopter
rescue and air ambulance services where applicable), and personal liability.
RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd. strongly recommends that your insurance policy also covers
cancellation, curtailment, loss of luggage, and personal belongings. You must carry proof of
insurance and present it upon request by our staff. RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right
to cancel or suspend your participation in a trip, including after its commencement,
without the right to a refund, if you fail to provide proof of insurance when requested.
PASSPORT AND VISAS
It is your responsibility to possess a valid passport and obtain the necessary visas when
traveling with RM Holiday Pvt. Ltd. Please ensure that your passport remains valid for at
least 6 months beyond the expiration date of your Nepal visa.
