Commencing from Kathmandu, your journey begins with a comprehensive full-day tour of the valley, offering an immersive introduction to Nepal’s rich craft, culture, and customs. Following this enlightening exploration, you’ll retreat to Pokhara, where a tranquil lakeside hotel awaits to ensure a restful night’s sleep, preparing you for the adventures that lie ahead. Embarking on the trail from Nayapool, you’ll embark on an average of six hours of trekking each day, allowing for gradual acclimatization to the ascending altitudes, culminating at a maximum elevation of 4,130 meters. Accompanied by knowledgeable guides and porters, you’ll traverse the awe-inspiring Annapurna sanctuary, where you can immerse yourself in the serenity of the journey, savoring the opportunity to capture the majestic mountain vistas—encountering a remarkable ten peaks within a mere 6,000 meters.

Over the ensuing days, your path winds through terraced farms, verdant rice fields, and picturesque mountain villages, leading you through enchanting landscapes of rhododendron, oak, and bamboo forests. Accommodation in cozy lodges and inviting tea houses punctuates your trekking experience, offering moments of respite amidst the natural splendor. Day 1 – Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m)

• Upon arrival at Kathmandu airport, you will be greeted by our team and
transferred to your hotel.
• Meet with your trekking guide to discuss the necessary details for your upcoming
adventure.

Day 2 – Kathmandu Exploration

• After breakfast, embark on a full-day exploration of the Kathmandu Valley.
• Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square, a historic site that was once home to the Malla
and Shah Kings of Nepal.
• Explore the Kumari Temple, residence of the living goddess, and ascend to
Swayambhunath, a sacred stupa offering panoramic views of the city.
• Continue your journey to Patan city, known for its intricate architecture including
the Krishna Mandir and Golden Temple.

Day 3 – Kathmandu to Pokhara (910m), Approx. 6 hours drive or 30 minutes flight

• After breakfast, embark on a scenic drive or flight to Pokhara. Upon arrival, take a
leisurely stroll around the picturesque lakeside city.
• In the early evening, attend a trek briefing and make final preparations for your
journey ahead.

Day 4 – Pokhara to Ghandruk (1,950m) via Nayapul, 1½hr drive, 5-6 hrs trek

• Start your day with breakfast before driving to Nayapul, the starting point of your
trek.
• Begin trekking towards Birethanti, a vibrant riverside village, and then proceed
upstream through terraced fields to Syauli Bazaar.
• Cross a suspension bridge and ascend to the beautiful Ghandruk village, enjoying
breathtaking mountain views along the way.

Day 5 – Ghandruk to Chhomrong (2,210m), 5-6 hrs

• Descend to the Kimrong stream through rhododendron forests, continuing
towards Chhomrong village, inhabited by the Gurung community.
• Marvel at the close-up views of Mount Annapurna south, Hiun Chuli, and
Machhapuchhre.

Day 6 – Chhomrong to Dovan (2,550m), 6-7 hrs

• After breakfast, descend to cross the Chhomrong Khola and ascend to the village
of Sinuwa.
• Trek through dense forests of cane, rhododendron, and oak, passing by the
charming village of Bamboo before reaching Dovan.

Day 7 – Dovan to Annapurna Base Camp (4,130m), 6-7 hrs

• Embark on a challenging day of trekking, climbing to Machhapuchhre base camp
and then onwards to Annapurna base camp.
• Marvel at the breathtaking scenery of the Annapurna Sanctuary, surrounded by
towering Himalayan peaks.

Day 8 – Annapurna Base Camp to Sinuwa (2,360m), 6-7 hrs

• Wake up early to witness a stunning sunrise over the Himalayas before
descending to Sinuwa.
• Trek through bamboo and rhododendron forests, enjoying the picturesque
landscapes along the way.

Day 9 – Sinuwa to Landruk (1,565m) via Jhinu Danda (1,780m), 6-7 hrs

• Descend to the Modi Khola and trek through the village of Jhinu Danda, where
you can relax in natural hot springs.
• Continue your journey to Landruk, soaking in the panoramic views of the
Annapurna range.

Day 10 – Landruk to Phedi, drive to Pokhara (910m), 5-6 hrs trek, 40 min drive

• Trek through the wooded valley of the Modi Khola, passing by the village of
Dhampus before reaching Phedi.
• Drive back to Pokhara and unwind after your trek.

Day 11 – Pokhara to Kathmandu (6 hrs), 220km

• After breakfast, return to Kathmandu by scenic drive or flight.
• Transfer to your hotel and enjoy your last evening in Nepal.

Day 12 – Departure

• Transfer to the international airport for your onward journey.
• Bid farewell to Nepal with cherished memories of your Annapurna Base Camp
trek.
